STEEN products are made with carefully selected and pristine quality materials. To ensure longer product life, handle all products with care.

• Insole: Nappa full-grain Sheepskin padded with Porox latex.
• Outsole: Drum dyed leather & process immersed and tumbled to achieve maximum penetration of the dye possible, throughout the hide.
• Eco-fur: a self-standing synthetic fiber that offers the luxurious feel of fur without harming any living animals.

• Handle all products with care.
• Keep out of direct sunlight.
• As with all natural leathers, some color changes are to be expected over time.
• Wipe clean with leather wipe.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours of you placing an order.

All shipping times are calculated from the time you receive your order confirmation via email.

All products are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days from the in-stock and processing date.

International Shipping

We are working hard to make STEEN a fully global shipping brand.

We currently only ship items from the Sneaker, Slipper and Loungewear Collections internationally. If there is a product on the website that we don't ship to your country, please contact us via our contact form and we will do our best to accommodate your shipment request. 

FREE international shipping on all sneaker and slipper orders.

$25 flat rate fee for all loungewear orders.

Some countries are subject to import taxes and customs charges. These will be estimated at checkout.

Back Orders

All orders placed when the product is currently out of stock mean the product is delayed in shipment to our warehouse, or in some cases still in production. ETA's of back orders are subject to change. Our team reserves the right to cancel back orders and issue a full refund up until the time the product has reached our warehouse - our team will notify you if you face such delays or order cancellations.
